Brigitte Brun - Founder & Director Six Sigma Steps Brigitte Brun is an experienced Board level executive with a hands-on approach to delivering results. Beyond laying out strategy, Brigitte Brun has the skills to help companies implement strategic action and roll out Six Sigma projects at a pan-European level. She has a strong record in the IT Security sector for detecting projects that directly impact the bottom line, preparing winning plans, originating and developing relationships with Partners and clients and building successful operations, while focusing on quality processes that reduce waste and improve profitability. Her last 2 assignments were 12 month contracts as an (Interim) Managing Director Europe for a 22,000 man Business Process Outsourcer and a Demerge & Start-Up Managing Director for a German 16 man organisation. Brigitte is adept at identifying new opportunities, maximising processes leading to revenue growth, increasing retention rates and exploiting competitive advantage. She has an MBA (with highest honours) and conducts business equally well in English, German and French. Brigitte is a Six Sigma self learner and practitioner.
